if you are facing any issues connecting your jadoo box to your Router please do the following (Kindly follow these steps if you get unable to connect to router)
- Make sure Wire is connected properly at both ends (JadooTV box and Internet Router).
- Make Sure Wire is not connected to Switch/1 Port Modem, wire should be directly connected to 4 ports Gateway or Router.
- Try different Ethernet Wire.
- Restart Modem Router & JadooTv box.
- Try wireless connection if possible.
