Wired Connectivity Issue (Unable to connect to Router)

if you are facing any issues connecting your jadoo box to your Router please do the following (Kindly follow these steps if you get unable to connect to router)

  • Make sure Wire is connected properly at both ends (JadooTV box and Internet Router).
  • Make Sure Wire is not connected to Switch/1 Port Modem, wire should be directly connected to 4 ports Gateway or Router.
  • Try different Ethernet Wire.
  • Restart Modem Router & JadooTv box. 
  • Try wireless connection if possible.
